"Chef Carrie creates fantastic meals for celebrations in your home! She has catered two meals for us: one individually plated for 16 and one family style for 10. Both were delicious and everyone left the dinners raving about the flavors. And begging for us to schedule another Chef Carrie dinner again soon.
Prior to the dinners, she consulted about our meals including allergies, likes/dislikes, favorite cuisines/proteins, and other details and followed up with a suggested menu (she even provided direction on how to select wines to complement the meals). We had several guests with food allergies and she did a great job of creating menus that were allergy-friendly.
On the day of the dinners, she came to our home with everything she needed (including tableware and an assistant to help serve). And we just got to relax and enjoy our guests with no responsibility for food prep, serving or clean up!
We highly recommend using Chef Carrie for catering any special meal in your home - the only downside is you'll want her to make every future meal in your kitchen!
